How We Fulfill Orders We carry two types of products: ready-to-ship items (in-house inventory) and made-to-order items (custom printed products). Processing times vary depending on the product type.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days
  • Print-on-demand items: Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Your order confirmation will indicate the product type and estimated processing time.

Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited (if offered): 1–2 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days (varies by destination and product type)

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Orders International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email] and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
